This project showcases commercial power washing in Ottawa captured through premium drone cinematography. Using advanced DJI equipment, we documented the Wash Dudes team as they performed a full exterior cleaning of a commercial building — highlighting water pressure, precision, and restoration of surface quality. The goal was to create high-impact aerial visuals that emphasize the scale and efficiency of the service while ranking strongly for local search terms such as Ottawa power washing, commercial building cleaning, and drone videos of exterior services.

The final footage blends smooth aerial passes, immersive FPV moments, and dynamic nighttime lighting to deliver a dramatic look at a service that’s often unseen from this perspective.

Stan Kozniewski is a Polish-Canadian drone pilot and creative director offering professional drone videos and aerial cinematography in Ottawa, Gatineau, and the surrounding region. With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Stan brings technical expertise that few drone operators possess — allowing him to capture structural detail, progress, and landscapes with precision.

Wash Dudes Exterior Services specializes in commercial power washing, soft washing, and exterior building restoration across Ottawa and surrounding areas. For this project, we documented a full after-hours cleaning of a commercial facility using cinematic drone footage to show the intensity, precision, and professionalism of their work.

Behind the scenes, we coordinated drone operations during an active nighttime cleaning session — balancing lighting, water spray, and team movement to build dramatic, cinematic compositions. Filming required careful planning to avoid water interference while ensuring the drones maintained stable, safe flight paths around the building.

Our workflow included:
• Assessing nighttime lighting and environmental hazards
• Running synchronized drone passes during live power-washing sequences
• Capturing elevated angles impossible to record from the ground
• Using FPV for dynamic movement through the workspace
• Working closely with the Wash Dudes crew for timing, safety, and visibility

Post-production editing, colour grading, rhythm, and sequencing were completed by Hayle Team, ensuring the final film delivered a clean, high-contrast, premium commercial look.
