Filming is subject to site access, appropriate permissions, operating conditions and agreed weather arrangements.
Usage and payment
The proposal defines usage rights, deliverables, payment terms, revisions and exclusions. Renewal, termination and e-signature provisions require legal review before use.
Preliminary estimates and lessons
The estimate form provides an indicative scope and CAD range. It is not a binding offer, reservation or guarantee of availability. A final proposal confirms the work, price and terms before booking. Practical drone lessons do not themselves issue a Transport Canada certificate or replace an official flight review.
